I am drawn to the landscape in whatever aspect that may be. I love capturing the sea and elusive glimpses of weather at different times of the day and year. This painting is a reminder of how powerful and awe inspiring Mother Nature is. The mountains are dark and also hidden in fog and sea spray. The tide rolls in and obscures the rocks and earth below. The feeling of this painting is one of big emotion and power all in one, a feeling that there is so much more that is bigger than us.
